I was in Arizona two weeks ago (if you've never seen the Grand Canyon, it is truly an incredible sight). We were about a 3.5 hour drive from Phoenix and there was 6 inches of snow on the ground. It's easy to forget how quickly you get into the mountains in northern Arizona.

I don't think the locals even know they have an NHL team, one that is leading the western conference. They do sell out their barn whenever Detroit and Pittsburgh come into town though...

Chicago too, when you watch the game, if you don't notice the logo on the ice, you'd swear the game is at the UC from all the Blackhawks jerseys in the crowd.

What's with Crosby crosschecking Zetterburg in the neck from behind at the end of the game? Apparently Zetterburg said that he knew it was Crosby before he even turned around.

During the final seconds, Crosby was cross-checking Zetterberg in front of Howard and that led to some punches, pushing and shoving in a scrum behind the net. Looking to protect his teammate, Howard immediately got involved and grabbed the Pens' captain.

"He was taking a couple of jabs there at 'Z,'" Howard said. "I just thought I'd help him out there a little bit."

Disgraceful behaviour from Crosby. I'm not surprised as Z had 2 goals and an assist while Crosby had nothing. That's how he is when he doesn't win. He should have been out for the next game yet everyone just looks at it like it is a 'scrum' at the end of a game.
