I just hope they actually show up to play. It's very frustrating watching your team get destroyed when they look very good on paper. I think with Boucher in goal it's guaranteed to be entertaining.

It would be fun to see them meet in the first round.

            • Detroit hasn't gotten in yet but they are something like 12-2-2 since the Olympic break. Now are only 4 points behind the Pens

Looks like seedings will be decided after the last game of the season.

Detroit is finally healthy and looking like they should. Its been a scary season but no one wants to face the Wings right now in the first round. A lot of hockey left still but things are looking up.

                      • hawks better win tonight or they might not even win the division. Especially if detroit keeps getting bonus points given to them by the refs. stuarts stick was a foot above the bar on the game winner, but it was "inconclusive". Can ya smell what the "joe" is cookin?
Its a complete catastrophe. But Im a professional, I can rise above it. LOL

                        • Gordie is a part owner of the Vancouver Giants junior franchise and frequently attends their games.

And apparently even Stuart thought he hit the puck with a high stick hehe.

that was a make up call for all the times they had goals disallowed this year...I quit counting at 12 LOL.

Based on the review footage, there was no way to tell exactly where it on the shaft of the stick, he also was too far away from the net to judge the height of the cross bar. A couple views looked like a good goal, a couple looked like it was high stick. Since the goal was called a goal on the ice there wasnt enough evience to revers the on ice call. They made the rigth call for a change...no fucking given out last night, at least not during the Wings / Oil game

Yeah, i know. Im just surprised you guys let them tie it at 4?

Like i said, chicago better win tonight... You guys have 6 games left.. jackets THREE TIMES? Are you fkn kidding? Preds, chi, and the flyers. You guys could still get the #3 seed.

                              • Is a shot but a long shot, we'd have to go 5-1 and Chicago would have to go 2-5 the remainder for us the Wings to catch them in points (103) but the Hawks would win the tie-breaker as they'd have more wins than Detroit. Detroit would have to win all 6 games to have enough points to pass them. I just dont see that happening....the Blackhawks will win the central Cliff, congratulations. Its great to see Chicago having success, they have a lot of talent and are fun to watch. I'm not into the whole "I'm supposed to hate Blackhawks just because I'm from Detroit" thingy...never understood that form a Chicago perspective.....for ages fans have been saying Detroit Sucks...if Detroit really sucked..then Chicago sucked harder lol. I remember when Detroit sucked and they'd have to give away free cars to get people to watch em.

I dont care where the Wings are seeded as when they're on, they can beat anyone, any time. The problem that they'll have imho is if they have to play long series, they'll physically get worn down after a long physical series. If they want to do any playoff damage, they need consistency and they have to win series 4 or 5 games.
