let's not forget that Philly got into the playoffs after a shootout on the last day of the season.
between that and what montreal is doing, it wouldn't be that surprising to see the 7th and 8th seeds play for the finals in the east.

From what I've seen, Philly is simply playing better hockey right now in all facets of the game...I'm thinking a 2-3 goal margin in their win tonight.

I wouldn't be shocked to see Philly take the series from the Bruins tonight. It does boil down to goal scoring, and I think Philly has the better odds of doing that. No matter who wins tonight, I'll be cheering for the Habs when they face them.

...yeah...and Montreal only got in by making it to overtime against the Leafs (who won in OT). Bizarre isn't it? They LOST but lost in OT so still made it in then put out the 2 big threats in the East.

I also think that Philly would be better against Montreal. Boston has lost two very important parts of their line up and when offense is that fragile the team needs all it can get.
