That thing does look like fun. Our cats would hide for month if we flew one of those in our house. A few months ago, some friends got us one of these zero-gravity RC cars (I think it may actually be infrared-controlled):
Those are ok, but I think their Aero Aces are a helluva lot more fun!

I have one but they are really hard to control and don't deal well with cross breezes. Plus the ones that use IR remotes can have issues on bright days because the sun overpowers the remote.
Definitely fun for the cool factor though. I just wish they made an upscale version with finer controls or even a built in gyro for autohover capabilites.
