But the whole album is brilliant anyway.
It really is. Sister of Pain is a classic fun/simple rock song.

My #1 solo has to be the one in Saxon's "Broken Heroes" from The Eagle Has Landed III.

Honestly, Im gonna have to give it to Vanderhoof... goosebumps every time I hear this solo. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s1lXzKItFEI

And EXTREMELY talented, but often overlooked band. Its a shame they never got the recognition they deserve, they really were different from the rest. A bit more "dark" than most back then, and I think thats what makes them great IMO. When bands like Poison were singing about smoking in a restroom in school, these guys were talking about serious shit, stories, mythology... similar to Maiden only darker. Ill still never know why they didnt get big. Now w/o D Wayne, itll never be the same.

Probably something by Gilmour. Marooned or something.

Tornado of souls and disposable heroes are the ones in metal. Marco Sfogli has some tasty stuff and Timmons' albums are just filled with tone, melody and feel. Against The Law, both dudes going nuts on that song!

Oh and Lines In The Sand by Dream Theater. Probably the biggest goosebumps moment in music for me, the album version is just sick in all aspects, best tone/sound ever heard.
