  • Have a George Lynch Christmas

never heard this before, sounds like Dream Warriors to me, which is a kind of a silly tune, but it's much better as Santa Clause is coming to Town as far as my ears go.

I don't think that's George Lynch playing. Here is a teaser video.

From the new holiday album "Monster Ballads Xmas," featuring rocking renditions of favorite holiday tunes like "Silent Night," "Have Yourself a Merry Little ...

I like it. It's obviously a rip off of the DW riff but it takes me back to when Dokken was badass.

Pretty sure. I think this song was just recorded with the current Dokken line up. As Endrik points out that is Levin. Haven't heard anything in the Lynch camp that he was involved. He is on another Christmas disc called Northern Lights or something like that. Dave Ellefson is on that disc as well as are a bunch others.

It definitely sounds "Lynchy" Tommy. I thought so too but then I saw the video was posted around 2007 or so and assummed it must be Levin playing on it.

It sounds Lynchy composition wise, but somethings missing in the tone... cant quite put my figure on it, but I dont think thats Lynch. Someone who can play damn near identical, but its just "off" a bit.

It actually sounded like tribute band too me.

                      Lynch or Lynch?
                      Is it memorex or not?

Either way the guitar sounded pretty darn good.
It was/is Don who didn't sound like Don.
                      His vocals have went south.

I personally do not care how it was built as long as it is a good playing/sounding instrument.
