Technically, yes. However, it's my pic, on my website, and thus the link can be replaced at any time. Given that there's no way to view the directory that picture is stored in directly, anything in that directory is considered "protected". Therefore, if I want to put up a pic of say, a cock, and that's intended to be viewed only on a pay-access site, then I'm in the clear legally.

If it's a pic that says "Hi, I'm Ed Roman, and I'm a douche", then he has to prove it's not true.
