Better practice saying that - you'll be saying it a lot! (when people see that you know what their first Q gonna be)

Better yet, record it & play it back, har!

Nice work. It's astounding how many good tatoo artists cant do a clean lettering piece like that. I went to school with a guy that does tats now. His lettering looks like you stuck your arm in a computer printer. Ultra tight.

Definitely! I have two ideas going through my head for the rest of my arm: either a tribal half-sleeve on the opposite side of that quote, or a tribute to Saint Michael, the Archangel, on my upper arm. I'm going to get both of them eventually, but it's just a matter of which one first.

              Thanks for the compliments, guys.

I have a couple. It is true that you will want more. The only thing stopping me is that around here they are charging $165 an hour. Sorry man, but I am not paying that.

When you consider it was assimilated (not in the least part due to its influence and dominance in clerical circles in the Middle Ages) and has shaped much of our modern world, together with Greek, both in linguistics and most other domains of human progress, I'd say it has survived. Adaptability...
You took too much, man. Too much. Too much.

                              It's still a dead language
It was made by a bunch of dudes who thought they were very clever but through most of the history no one, except for a handful of wealthy folks, scholars and priests, bothered to learn it correctly. The rulers of Rome of course wanted it to spread but Italics, Gauls, Iberians, Dacians etc. half-assed it since the beginning. The people didn't take it seriously, they made their own thing out of it. Incredibly influential but ultimately weak and unpleasant sounding language. Personally I'm glad that when I visit Genova then no one speaks like fucking Nero
