What is this guitar????

Just wondering if anyone from the earlys 80's remembers this band or knows something about the red guitar?

I can't make out any logo. If somebody held a gun to my head and made me guess, I'd say Schecter. Not sure why. Just the timeframe and that tele headstock, I guess. Paul Dean had a Kramer neckthrough sig model later on in the '80s, and according to google he was supposedly endorsed by Hondo at some point as well.

I saw a 1986 clip and he had what looks like a Jackson. That clip is from 1982 I'll look into the Hondo thing cheers.....

The red Strat with the Tele neck and the Les Paul Jr. wrap around bridge? What about it?

I just think that sound was so different from other strats, reading up it was a 64 body. Looks like after the Hondo guitars he went to Kramers

Paul Dean's original guitar was a custom job, I can't remember if he made it or had it made. It was not a production model.

Later, Hondo licensed it for a line of imports, and Kramer had a Paul Dean model that was slightly different.
