I'm sitting here in a similar boat right now, anxiously awaiting a 1990's Kelly Professional STD from UPS. It's been "Out for delivery" since 5am, and its 3pm now....
So after 2 months and having to call staples 3 times to get them to send the request into ups, ups now says they have no record of an inspection even though they approved a payout now they want to do an inspection again now that the last person didn't put everything back in the box.
