  • Vids of my band ... Heavy metal content!

    Hey folks,

Here are some videos of my band (Warder) shot during a show a few months ago. There are 4 original songs and 3 covers (Priest - Electric Eye, Rage - Down, Born to be Wild). It's not perfect, there are some small mistakes but we are no professionals and I'm pleased with the overall result. We had a lot of fun that night!

Quebec City based Warder was formed in 2004 as a tribute band. At that time, they covered a wide variety of styles ranging from traditional heavy metal anthems to blast-beating extreme acts and prog/rocky hits. The five-piece quickly became known for their versatility. Work on original material was initiated around 2008 resulting in a bombastic and heavy metal sound at the core with sporadic incursions into the progressive, power metal and hard rock genres. In 2011 after many years of commitment, the line-up stabilized and Warder felt ready to undertake the production of their first official release: the Escape Plan EP. The band is now stronger and healthier than ever, dedicating continuous efforts to writing new songs, rocking and headbanging. Be sure not to miss them on stage!

We're working on a demo this summer and plan to record a full length album right after that. Let me know what you think!

Born to be wild was very cool, nice dynamics on the guitars for that.

your version of Electric eye was awesome. That was damn nice work there. Lots of attention to details, I like that. you guys are spot on.
