The complaining about the refs was two series ago and at the time the powerplays were something like 14-5 in Chicago's favor. Was Eagers boarding on Sedin a brave hockey play? Trust me, Bieksa would ragdoll Eager in a fight. And it appeared to me that Marleau was a willing participant. Probably trying to shake the Jeremy Roenick "Gutless" label.

Why San Jose coach kept throwing Eager out there when he's taking a penalty every shift is beyond me.

Haha. I don't think Eager is going to get any supplemental discipline. If the ref gave his a 5 minute boarding major there probably would have been but since it was called as a minor, not giving a suspension saves face for the refs.
