To all of my bros on this site who are vets, I thank you for carrying the torch and stepping up to the plate. From one vet to the others, I thank you and want to welcome all of you home.
Today is more than an excuse to get off of work or out of school. Today isn't about cookouts and sudden patriotic stirrings that everyone seems to have on a handful of occasions throughout the year. I hope we can all take some time today to think about the sacrifices our current and previous veterans have made to secure our freedoms.
