Yeah, actually Rock Band 3 came out a little less than a month ago. Rock Band and Fender are close together, which is why they have Jackson in the game, and they are coming out with a Squier that outputs MIDI just for the game. Sorry, you can't use your own MIDI guitars because they're too laggy.
As for the Jacksons available in the game, I remember they had the JS30XX shapes (minus Rhoads), the X series (again, minus Rhoads), the WRMG, two "custom" Kellys (one with the cutouts), a DK1, a KV2T, and a doubleneck V. They also have the C20 and a Kelly bass.
