I took a 20" monitor (the smallest I have) and that gave me the slider bars. Monitor size, I think.

I notice it only does it for me when there's big pics shown in a thread.

Well, the text got all tiny. My old eyes can't handle that, but I'll try it and see...

It must be monitor size. From work, I don't have that issue. Not sure what the screen size is, but it is bigger than my laptop.

I was going to mention that it would make it smaller. But it won't be stretched now!

Ron, you can go to higher resolution and then increase your font size for all applications. In XP, go to the desktop, right click, hit "Properties", then "Appearance", then select from the "Font Size" dropdown menu.

In Windows 7 it's easy, but a little different:

Find help and how-to articles for Windows operating systems. Get support for Windows and learn about installation, updates, privacy, security and more.

I give up. This is the worst thread in JCF history. End of support

Musician78, could you still try to post some screenshots of the problem? I check the forum from screens of all different sizes, aspect ratios, and resolutions, and I've never had the problem except in specific threads with large pics in them.

From my work computer, I am not having an issue. Only on my laptop. From that, for some reason, when I try to do a screen shot nothing gets captured.. therefore there is nothing for me to paste. I have tried print screen as well as CTRL/C. So I guess I can only live with the fact that I have created the worst thread in the JFC history and never have any resolution.

Ok, is there a certain way to paste something into the reply space? I used my snip tool... And yes... I know how to copy/paste... I do it all the time at work (before anyone asks).

What browser and version are you running? Maybe update your browser or reset your settings. It looks like its not wrapping the text. Also it could be your font setting in windows if you have it set bigger.

On some computers, you need to use Ctrl/Print Screen. If that doesn't work, this freeware program works well & gives you more options:

-edit- sorry, I see you got it worked out. I must've had that window open for a long time & missed a bunch of posts.

I am running Internet Explorer. Not sure what version it is. The weird thing is; this is the only forum on which I am having this issue.
