Does anyone else have umpteen guitars and a ton of half finished projects??

In my recent days I have been liquidating a ton of my axes. I need some cash freed up and I felt that some of the liquidation would help me with that.

What I have found is kinda funny as well. So far I have come across at least 8 projects or half finshed shottily wired whatever axes that I havent touched in 3-5 years. Its kinda pathetic honestly. We move for the military and I just started labeling and boxing my HSC's with the guitars in them. So I have many of my axes still in shipping boxes from the last move.

I came acrossed 2 wardrobe boxes that I apparently never even opened from the move prior to Colorado.

These are all projects mainly but a few smokin axes. To be fair I had over 40 at the highpoint and with the pawnshops in Colorado I built a collection..Or I hoarded I dont know which...

Rhoads Pro in need of serious wiring
Jem DBK in pieces
Ibanez RGT42 that I had started to do a petrucci graphic on and never finished
Kramer Pacer body that I did the rising sun on
Random strat body??

and innumerable parts and pieces

I think this liquidation is a good thing... I still have more boxes to go...

I have around 40 axes. I have an 86 Model 4 project that can be completed, and Aria Pro II paint project going on 20 years, an unfinished ESP M-1 project from when I bought it at NAMM in 1989. That's about it.

I keep finding/buying projects. I have 2 guitars I'm building then I switching the hardware from a guitar I parted out to a guitar I'm keeping.

I found a COW6 with camo case today too, needs wiring work was stripped of electronics in damn nice shape though. Has a miniswitch as well for some reason lol. I dont even remember buying this one. Perhaps this was an ambien purchase lol

Yeah, I have been getting rid of more stuff than I've been buying lately. Spare parts I "was going to use" to build another guitar someday, taking some "projects" and slapping them together so I can sell them, etc.

Mainly realizing I don't have time to do this and I'd rather focus on playing the guitars I already have.

It may Fender its on the list of ones that may go. Itll be a couple weeks before I get to any decision on that one. I have a few others that I am going to work on unloading first IF I even decide to offload the Jem
