i feel great thanks, i haven't had a cigarette in almost a month now.
that in itself is a nothing short of a miracle. regular cold turkey, i just
stopped, i don't know how i pulled this off so far, but i'm fired up about it.
still jonesing for one but i think i'm almost out of the woods.,

That's cool, dude! I quit last Feb. Used the patch. Stopped the patches around May... I'm still a bear to be around at times but that's always been the case.
