Why do new JCFers of the last 100 days suck?

sorry to get serious on this thread - one thing that's always bothered me and it's far from just this forum it happens - For instance the Roswell Rhoads topic, it got resurrected just so dude could shit all over a guys guitar. I know some folks have everything from bland to extreme tastes in guitars but why do people feel they have to chime in about a guitar they don't care about just to tell someone else they thing it sucks? It seems like because people don't see people face to face on these things it gives them a be a prick for free card. I can understand someone saying "hey it's not my thing, but if you like it go for it" but actually insulting the person and the guitar seems kind of stupid.
