  • Concert ligher iphone app + Led zeppelin tribute band in wilmington tonight

i'm at the ZOSO zeppelin tribute concert dead center arms on the stage catching the sound from the amps and stage monitors fuckin awsome!!
back in high school had the tickets bought for the real deal when Bomham passed and tour was cancelled...
this is prolly the 2nd or 3rd best thing besides seeing ZEP live in person, and with videos but i hate when they keep switching shots...i want to look at who i want to while the band is playin

i'm looking back at the crowd and i am the only one with a bic up in the air old school style and my buddies girlfriend whips out her i phone and shows me the "iphone concert bic app" you actually have to flick it to get it to lite!!! and shes pointin it at the stage

the show was 100 times better than i expected .....kind of like watchin the song remains the same ...the guitarist was a great had real good technique and was a good performer ,the band was tight as nuns youknowwhat ,the moby dick drum solo was cool guy threw out the drumsticks and started goin nuts with his hands ...and they were all hard wired to their amps ...no cordless any thing ...kinda added to the vibe

this is the the most of the show guitar, no quarter, since ive been loving you immigrant song
misty mountain hop and a few more
hey Twitch ...he's starin at the fretbaord too

kashmir, babe i'm gonna leave wanton song and tangerine

    the Plant attitude down pat

moby dick stickless part of the drum solo

the whole lotta love guitar with the magic wand thingy

after the show they were hangin around and were real cool ,i asked him about his lp and he was said number one broke at the last gig so he was using this POS that refuses to stay in tune ... told i noticed he was tuneing every chance he got
said it was tough to have to do that especially during the middle of a song when he was't jammin

white stomp box was his tuner ,had to use it at 20 times when playin the lp

it was a good time ... i think ZOSO tours mostly in the southeast and they have a whole lot stuff up on you tube .... + it was free
funniest thing was it was prolly the first concert i went to where i was getting beer spilled all over me not me spillin beer all over everyone else

ZOSO is from here in the Raleigh area. I've seen them several times. The are one of the most authentic tributes I've ever seen..

      Cool story Len.
I want to go out nice and peaceful in my sleep like my grandfather, not screaming and hollering like the passengers in his car.

ok ...the magic wand thingy also known as a therimen had duct to stand problems and was only able to stay level for about 30 secounds,it was working great with his hands but then he brought the lp's neck too close knocked it into what can only be described as a non therimen playable position

he just smiled and laughed like oh well, looked at the drummer and started jammin, finished the song then went and tuned the lp
