Just registered for my fall classes this morning, ugg, the gen. ed. classes can suck it!!! A degree better make a difference, work experience and certs. arent worth shit right now. Kind of got to wonder how much education matters in an economy with a flat lining job market. The education only makes you worth more money the businesses dont want to shell out.HTTP 404 - Signature Not Found

I could see that, but it proves my point to an extent, I can, by theory anyhow, get a low paying job without an education.
Not trying to be political, just Im so ready to be done with school and hope its not a futile endeavor. I dont like wasting time like that.
Education or not though, Ive got a job which makes me more desirable than the funemployment guy anyhow.Last edited by Twitch; 07-19-2011, 12:49 PM.HTTP 404 - Signature Not Found

Jay, you could definitely fit a F Toejam in here.
Billz, I feel a nice random rant coming, just need a Billz to execute it.
Ron, we could use another graffic.
Smacker, we never did hear about the seat pissing you mentioned might be told about in that other thread. From Whazzup with Singers

In case you didn't know school loans are nondischargeable in bankruptcy--the only way to get rid of them is to pay them off or die. If you absolutely have to take out loans make sure they are through state or federal programs and not private banks or other private institutions. I had a few loans years back and paid them off about 10 years ahead of schedule. It did wonders for my credit rating.

I had the day off too. I had to cash a post dated check this morning that was given to me yesterday(dont get me started). So since the bank didnt open until 9am and the trip to the job site was an hour and a half drive and would have had to leave at 3pm and would have had an hour lunch as well, I elected to stay home. I figured I could net $19 for the day or stay home and save $20 not spending the gas for the 3 hour round trip.
As far as the duck walk, Ive tried it too, but Im not coordinated enough to both play and dance around at the same time.HTTP 404 - Signature Not Found

A local community college might have resources related to MCSE certification, too.
