  • RIP Jani Lane

I know, he's not a guitarist, but it is sad when anyone with a presence in the industry passes.
Jani Lane -- former lead singer of the rock band Warrant -- was found dead at a hotel in L.A. Thursday evening ... TMZ has learned.
    Prosecutors will be violated...

The sad part is when he gets to the pearly gates, St. Peter will be all "Hey! Cherry Pie guy!"

Too soon? Sad that the URL has Cherry Pie in it no?

    RIP duder.

Amazing...just saw him recently, looking good and upbeat. Just amazing.

          R.I.P Jani.

That's a shame. It was never cool to admit, but I liked Warrant.

Ironic that something as wholesome as cherry pie can destroy a mortal man.

Well I won't go that far, but whenever I can persuade a fat bird to dance for me, I like her to shake her udders to Cherry Pie, it's made for sluts to dance to.

                  RIP

No shame to my game, I enjoyed thier brand of non metal party rock..... On occasion I still listen to Mr. Rainmaker and Down boys. I saw them more than a few times, IIRC they opened for Crue, Great White, and maybe Whitesnake(the memories are a bit hazy at times).

                      RIP

Never a huge Warrant fan, but to this day I still crank up Uncle Tom's Cabin every now and then.

                          It's on Jani's website. http://www.janilane.net/

Kinda sux that another one I listened to as a teenager is gone. Supposedly found dead at a Comfort Inn. No doubt in my mind his demons caught up with him...

I will rock out to some DRFSR tonight in tribute.

That sucks - I know he's had more than his fair share of personal demons, but it's still a shock...
