I have an envelope full of that crap just for sh*ts and giggles.
The police here were not interested in them either, Len.
Even when I got fake travelers checks with all sorts of ripped off logos, still not interested.

i am catching up with ya ....since the original post i recieved another check from some lady,for a guitar i listed on cl 3 monthago,gave her the same sad crack story and she went away, have another one comeing from some guy that emailed me yesterday and asked if i had any guitars for sale ( i don't have anything listed on cl) so i told him i have a schecter strategy that i would sell for $1600.00 and his check is on the way ,now today i am getting the same speal from a guy who put a "need computers repaired" ad up on the CL
that sounded legit but .....

I have $5000 just in faked American Express travelers checks. The other 4 checks are about $8500.00
I laid the travelers checks on my daughters desk and she woke up and freaked thinking I had given her an early Christmas present!
That 419 website made for some good reading when I found it a couple years back.
