        All in all it wasn't a bad b-day. Had me some steak and baked potato, and took a 12-hour nap afterwards

        Of course, the whole mental imbalance thing runs counter to that, I suppose

          Happy belated, Matt! I disappear most weekends nowadays. A 12-hour nap sounds good.
