  • Sample from the new Coldworker album!

    Hi all!

If anyone's interested, we've posted a song from our third album "The Doomsayer's Call" on YouTube. The album is released February 13th by Listenable Records.

Feel free to check it out if you're in the mood for some Death Metal from Sweden!

    Cheers

It Rocks..love it like always! I will buy this one too. I LOVED the artwork on the last cd..nice and evil. I was playing that one for my kid last week!

Listenable is a great label. I think I prolly have their entire catalog in my collection or a huge big chunk of it.

    Great work Anders

    Love,

The album cover is a nod to Fritz Lang?

Thanks a lot Bill! Good to hear that you're passing down the madness to coming generations! And thanks for actually buying the albums! I know you have a massive collection with a lot of goodies in there (Leukemia - Grey Flannel Souled among others, hehe)!

Anders! This is seriously the heaviest shit I listen to. I only bought the first CW album to be supportive of a friend & fellow JCFer. Plus I was blown away to actually see an album recorded by a dude I've talked to for years in the stores over here.

But I dig what you guys do. Both albums so far. The new track is rockin', and I'll have to add the new album to the burgeoning Coldworker section of the cd collection.

ps. how's the playing? I remember you dealing with an injury for a while there.

Thanks Gary! It's kinda mind boggling that our cd's can be found in stores on the other side of the world from our location! Glad to hear that you like the track! Hopefully you'll like the rest of the album as well. It's our most diverse, and absolutely our best album so far in my opinion.

I just hope that some Australian promotors would like to have us sometime, but that feels reeeeeeeally distant! No harm in having hopes up though!

The arm's been fine lately. I've learned to be more careful, and warm up before rehearsals and gigs. If I don't warm up though, and really strain myself, I can feel that problems could easily appear again.

Hope life is good down under!

Joe: Thanks man, and good to see you as well! It's nice that there are so many "oldies" still hanging around this place.

For those interested, here's a second song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZIhBdAVO67I
