Hey guys, what are you giving to your gf/wife for Xmas?

I'm just curious to know what you're planning giving to your gf/wife this year.

I'd like to surprise her with something cool, not too pricey if possible. I offered her an iPad for her birthday and I can say she has been really enjoying it (she's no techno-geek and loves the simplicity of the iPad).

So, I'll quit the babbling and will wait to see your ideas...

I got a whole bunch of small stuff for my wife. Kobo E-reader, some fancy teas, itunes gift card, makeup store gift card, some computer bits and pieces. I still need to get her something else, I'll have to figure out what on one of my lunch breaks this coming week.

Mine has wanted a Toyota FJ Crusier for years so I had her drive my car Friday and told her i need hers to have it serviced. When she got home from work Friday night the new Toyota was sitting in the driveway. Man my weekend has be NICE Her bithday is on the 21st and I got her a pair of knee high spike heeled boots ok ok those were more for me than her

A lot for the department stores have their boots on sale for up to 75% off. I think like my wife you can never go wrong with shoes!

To the other guys above, my poor man's budget can't compete with your gift lists but some very nice ideas. @tobrooks the "new truck" is kinda the ultimate gift. Awesome that you could do such present to your wife.

BTW, we usualy never give us gifts at Christmas time, only to the kids, but this year I feel like not following the rule!

BenoA I dont know if you guys have Belks up there but you can get a $200 pair of boots from there for about $40 and she will never know they were on sale if you get the right size

We don't usually do big gifts for each other, but this year I got my wife a new horse trailer. But I was smart about it. She said she really needed to upgrade her horse trailer this fall, so I told her we would call that her Christmas present, and I would get a new guitar for my Christmas present. She said ok, and her new horse trailer turned into a NGD for me!

Kindle Keyboard ereader with wifi and the $60 leather case with built in reading lamp. She really wants a dish washer too, but I personally found that a bit rude, even though its what she asked for. I may still get her one. I got her the Kindle because I figured, "here now you can read any of your books anywhere you want" was better than "here woman, theres some dirty dishes Im tired of looking at. Chop chop." I know SHE specifically asked for a dishwasher as well, but its not a very personal gift.

Ill admit, it would be nice to have one, considering yours truly has to wash the damn dishes from time to time, but a dishwasher isnt a good gift idea. If I had it my way, and the money, wed have disposable everything, forks, knives, spoons, cups etc. Fuck the environment, I hate dirty dishes.
