For dec. and Jan. its been pretty damn warm. Has anyone run across a reliable given reason for this? And Im not looking for global warming or 2012 prophesies. I dont watch TV, so anything thats been on the news or weather channel I havent been privy to. Just curious. Really odd weather weve been having. Its been up and down but mostly warm, relative to how winter should be anyhow.

I was watching the weather channel on this- thursday here in des moines it was 65. Usually its around 20, lol. They said the main reason is because of no snow on the ground anywhere. Storms coming out of canada start out cold and then moderate when they hit dry, warmer air. Im cool with it, this year we've only had 5 inches of snow, last year at this time we were well over 20.Its a complete catastrophe. But Im a professional, I can rise above it. LOLComment

Almost opposite over here - pissing it down or gale force winds, mostly the latter, especially in Scotland. Satellite dishes being bashed off by falling tree trunks, cables sliced by flying roof tiles. Very busy at work. Been a few fatalities on the roads too. I'd say its warmer than our previous winters, but nothing great.Fuck ebay, fuck paypal
