I do agree, after reviewing the NHL video, he should have been removed from the game. I never saw the part where he took a swipe at the puck before the hit.
I still don't think that would have changed the series though.

bigtime missed opportunity from the rangers. they looked tired to me. that's worst played game of the series
for them as far as i've seen. this two day rest, although tough for me to wait out, will be good for the rangers.
i really wanted to end it tonight, holtby did his job.
Rangers had a good first period after that powerplay goal 2 minutes into the game for the caps, and then the caps
owned the 2nd period, and alot of the 3rd.

This is true, goaltending and a super defensive game is what is really carrying them...

The REAL conspiracy theory is that while people equate Bettman with the league as far as running the Coyotes, it's really being carried by the 29 other owners. Who will all get a chunk of money when the team is sold. It's in all their interests to inflate the value of Phoenix.

I think Ovi is the sickest player i have ever seen. i respect that guy, never was there ever a package of top flight scoring and bone crushing in one package.
messier was like that but not of the skill level, yet he was a better leader though than Ovi, and 5 cups sure doen't hurt either, one with the franchise of doom,
the new York Rangers.
