At the beginning of the season, the devils and kings were not on the list of teams I figured would make it this far. Eh. Whatever. Congrats, Kings. At least a pair of former Flyers get to win a Stan Lee cup.

I still think the Flyers/Pens series was the best this year, but I know that's my pro-Flyers bias................

if they win in jersey saturday, it will be the 6th year in a row the cup has been won on the road. Last team to clinch at home was carolina in 06.

lol, that is taken out of context Bill I didn't make any predictions going in to the playoffs or in any of the series. Sayign I think they'll win now isn't predicting they will, juts assumption on historical data. If I waited until after game 4 of a series with a team leading 3 games to 1 I could accurately predict the winner 98.3% of the time Unlikely NJ comes back after being down 3-0 to win 4 in a row...

Probably has to do with TV schedules to force a game on a Saturday so NBC (which has nothing else on) can put it on its main network for higher ratings.

and in that prime time slot with nothing else on TV is probably when the kings will win, too.
