Try and find a used Civic SI. It'll be fun, if you can drive standard. and they're reliable.
      I like EL34s.

The fastest, gas guzzlingest and loudest peice of poluting steel you can find. Just, you know thowing that out there. Good luck. My years of working on cars has taught me one thing. That no matter what brand it is an idiot can beat the crap out of a car and then find a victim to relieve his problem on too. Look them over GOOD! If you you don't know a lot about cars, find a friend who knows them well and take them with you. Because they all cost way to much to fix.
I want to go out nice and peaceful in my sleep like my grandfather, not screaming and hollering like the passengers in his car.

          Need more info:

          -Your age
-What will you use the car for mainly?
-Do you want a coupe, sedan, wagon, truck?
-How important to you is reliability, style, quickness, fuel efficiency, safety, luxury, size?

1999+ Toyota Celica GT-S if you can drive standard; 1997+ Pontiac Grand Prix 3.8L if not, or if you actually need room in your car for more than two people...

My first was a 66 Mustang, 2nd was an 84 Z28, 3rd was my Civic, that I still have, the ONLY one I still have other than my Vette, despite having another 6 or so cars afterward.

Something inline-4 with a manual transmission and naturally aspirated. This will teach you to drive and allow you to learn maintenance items without too much of a headache. Hondas are decent, but have high theft rates and high prices because everyone buys them.

I went with a 1997 Eagle Talon. It was a great car, I learned a lot on it and it ran like a champ. In the end, the timing belt broke (freak accident, it happens) and I decided to upgrade to a 2005 Subaru WRX instead of rebuilding the head.

im 16, ill just be driving around in it, track days on occasion, so a coupe or sedan, style, quickness, fuel efficiency are all pretty important to me, And I can drive standard. I do know alot about cars so maintanence wont be an issue, and RWD or AWD is preferable.

Err, don't track a daily driver unless you've got lots of money to spare. Cars that are tracked usually require a lot of upkeep/maintenance. Brakes, clutches, tires, etc. Plus, fast and fuel efficient (depending on what your definition of fast is) aren't usually related. If you want a track car, build a track car. That way you're not compromising the reliability of your daily driver with excessive modifications and you're not screwed when something blows out at the track.
