Half of you guitarist pansies on this site would probably choke and fall apart on a stage that large with that many people.
She's articulate, has decent finger tone, keeping decent time and isn't failing to stagefright.
Less technical merit for playing someone else's creation, but she's also basically running a solo performance, and did damn well at it.
I'm not just saying all that cause I'd fuck her either.

As far as this video, honestly couldn't stomach it, very long. She is an adequate player who looks to be enjoying herself but this tune has ran its course to my ears and whenever I hear I want to puke (unless Jimi of SRV). I don't agree, but more to the point, Slash carries himself onstage in a way that doesn't make me want to smack my head. He certainly wouldn't wave one arm in the air going, "Man! I'm awesome because I can do one handed trills!!" I mean, I know there's something to be said about showmanship, but it needs to make sense. Don't try to sell me that you're doing something awesome when 100% of the people on this board can do the same thing. You want to play over the top of your neck? Overrated??? Really??? How can she be overrated when half the world doesn't even know who she is?? Listen, I didn't post this to claim that she was a virtuoso or the second coming of Hendrix or anything like that. That would be stupid considering it's a cover. I just thought it was a cool video and she did a good job considering her apparent youth and the fact that she was the ONLY one on the stage who was actually visually interesting, which I realise was by design.

IIRC she played for Michael Jackson when they were doing the last tour that never made it out, due to his death. Say what you want. I'm impressed with her a lot more than a lot of the one finger drop D guitarist that are currently out there.
