Maryland festival this weekend. M3 Dokken, Loudness, Ratt, Quiet Riot..?

skid row is actually better live without sebastian bach. bach couldn't really hit his notes live. sollinger is a different type of singer, but is very consistent live. they still put on a good show!!

Probably be a good time regardless. I thought Loudness would be back in Japan by now, damn i wish i could see them one more time. Akira fucking rips. His style has changed to a little more modern, but just gotten better really, and he can still do all the old stuff perfect. He's stood the test of time better than his peers he was compared to back in the 80's, and pretty much smokes them today... Lynch, Eddie..No contest.

I have to say, Back in the day i saw Skid Row,... because Pantera was opening for them, and even though i wanted to hate them they kicked fucking ass. I came away thinking Pantera didn't necessarily blow them off the stage. I was a fan after that, and Bach had no problem hitting the notes, at least then.

I only got to watch a few hours on HDNet. It was interesting to see what these guys look and sound like now. I don't have any specific observations to share, but did anybody else watch this?
