It's amazing, the name endo started as a title for a BMX freestyle trick, but every time you hear someone use it the trick was on them.

Speedy recovery big man. Down 50lbs and one accident.... Sounds like you're winning to me.

Got 9 hours of rest, I think I'm breathing a little better but hard to tell. Still hurts, and my right shoulder is still quite sore. Straining for a fart hurts; I think I'll let them "release on their own schedule" for now Walked to local restaurant for breakfast. I'll take another hydrocodone now.

Tomorrow I'll call in to work and drive myself to the doctor. Will try to look for my camera today.
My dad's coming over for lunch at 1 - will try to see if he can install that damn air filter!

You don't do anything small do you Ron?

Seriously though... take it easy for the next couple of days. You may have cracked a few ribs and rest is the best cure for that.

            Hope everything is good, Ron.

BTW, what kind of bike are you riding? I have a Trek by Gary Fisher, 26 inch.

lesson learned, Ron. You should never EVER strain for a fart. That's a follow-through or a bumgrape waiting to happen.

Nice ride, Alvin. I have a $99 Piece Of Shit by Huffy. It goes alright!

                  Hope it's nothing serious bro

Hope you're okay Ron. It's very possible you just bruised some ribs. I've done it a few times, and it hurts BAD. It sure feels like you broke something, and it makes it very difficult to breathe and move around normally. The worst part is, it seems to take forever (4-6 weeks) for the pain to go away.

EDIT: Oh yeah, try not to sneeze or cough. You'll wish you didn't.

Hey guys! Thanks for the thoughts (and jokes - I think). Bike is a Motobecane 500HT http://www.bikesdirect.com/products/...ht_new_xii.htm My dad came over while I was talking to my mom on the phone. I waited til she hung up, then told my dad what happened. Nobody tell Mom; she'll freak! It was probably a funny sight to see both of us open up my garage (door is heavy) and then both of us struggle to open the Lexus' hood (also friggin' heavy). But we finallly got that dang air filter in! Well, I did all the work, he just watched, ha ha. He even checked to see where the filter was made (Korea). He thought it would've been China. So I went to bed from 4 - 9 PM today, still hurts. I just fixed dinner and took my last hydrocodone. The road rash is healing up slowly, but my shoulder & chest still hurt. I decided against pictures. Will update you after the doctor's tomorrow.
