New job maybe, wish me luck!

Got a lead on a new job today as head maintenance for a property management company. It would mean fewer hours and just under twice what i make now. Plus i could probably stay at my current job part time and still be about the same hours im putting in now.

He called me back this morning and asked when i could start. i guess the guy im replacing is moving to California the first of july so im starting next week so he can show me the ropes before he leaves.
