Yeah guys I've heard it on the greek TV saying that the storm is going to become a hurricane.....then I thought that the americans at the JCF will discuss about it
So because it really is terrifying hope that nothing bad happens to you guys or your families

Right in the path and WAS scheduled to move Thursday. It's supposed to be in my area tonight or tomorrow morning. Can't wait to get to Texas though, back where I belong. Hope everyone makes it through the storm in one piece.

I'll take earthquakes over hurricanes, blizzards, tornadoes, flood zones, etc... without a second thought. Tornado weather scares the fuck out of me. Especially at night when you don't know where it's gonna touch down.

Earthquakes are fun in comparison. I can sleep through anything up to about a 3.9-4.1 @ 200miles. Anything more will wake me. And yes, I was here for the 7.1 on Loma Prieta, pretty damn close to the fault. Once the shaking stops, it's mostly back to business as usual.

Made it through with nothing more than loss of utilities for a few days, some downed limbs, and a slight delay to my ride to Dallas (Mesquite actually).
