Every team has a "bounty" program. The NFL as a league has always hated the fact New Orleans has a team. Maybe it's the name. The officials also hated them, for who-knows-what reason.

Reggie Bush coulda kept his Heisman had he not been a Saint, and they had not had such a great year.

By the time they get finished gimping the team after their "investigation", they'll have an "official ruling" that the Saints did not get to or win SuperBowl 44.
