^lol. I'm kinda the same way. Metallica is why I started playing guitar. But I am so burnt out on ALL of it.
I was watching a Metallica concert on Palladia recently and James was having this talk with the crowd that was just strange. He was chanting about "family" and "how they make him feel good" and so forth. Taking a few seconds to say that in between songs is fine. But it go into this ad-lib, five minute thing with chanting, crowd callbacks, music playing in the background, etc. It was just very weird. So cheesy that it was uncomfortable to watch. I'm beginning to wonder if James has lost his mind.Comment

^..I curiously checked out Kirk's "Sails of Charon" solo while watching Uli Roth YT vids with my kid. All my son and I could do is cringe. At least my son and I spent quality time together ...cringing.
