Keep your eye on them Stray. Ohio stopped for a long time and they just started up carrying guns again. TN has assult rifles too, and KY is right between both of them. I bought my Henry lever action .22 at the Alexandria KY Walmart back in 2004 I think.

This is why I love AZ so much.
                Anything goes.
Sheriff Joe will sign off on the NFA permit as long as you have a clean record.
Then he'll try and recruit you as a posse member.

Dillon Precision is not too far from me and the toys those guys make are insane.
A good friend of mine's dad has worked there forever as a machinist.

If you have never been to a machine gun shoot you need to go.
My CLO won't sign a permit in my county for anyone which sucks because I would have a few.

I don't even see a reason to buy one. The first run were actually built in Germany. The link you posted is built in their Georgia plant. There are better options for piston driven rifles. HK is overpriced just because people are willing to pay an extra $1500 for the name.

You don't need a CLO sign off. Set up a NRA family trust, a good one will probably cost around $600-$800. The trust is the way to go, no fingerprinting or CLEO sign off needed. The you also have the benefit of the NFA being able to be used "owned" by multiple people in your family. Remember that if the item in purely in your name and something happens to you, your Wife/kids/dependents, life partner, whatever will have to apply for those items, if already in the trust. You eliminate the hassle.
Come and get one in the yarbles, if you have any yarbles, you yunick jelly thou!

Agree %1000. H&K make great firearms........just not worth their asking price. By looking at their prices, they are pretty proud of their shit.-Lou

                        • Picked this Romanian WASR-10/63 up in a trade today. It appeared to have been fired very little, and once I got home a field strip confirmed what I thought. Can't wait to get to the range and try it out. This was high on my want list right behind the AR.

Was working on a trade today a guitar for a Century Arm Golani and it was a mess the bolt was so messed up you couldn't even cock it back.
It was missing both night sights as well I passed on the deal.

                            • WASRs are... functional. Some are a lot nicer than others... some are really crude. But they usually function well. They're fun to shoot.

                              • Thats the exact kind of AK I want. I love the folding stock and wooden hand guard. I remember seeing these for $200 in stores a couple of years ago, but I wasn't old enough to buy one. Now their around the $450-$500 range...
