so as if the issue with the mark V head wasnt enough here we go.
The first ibanez that showed had the wrong case and bar. They tell me they will find the case and send it to me but I have heard nothing, along with that shitty packing cost me some chips as the trem bar floated around the case. I can fix that but wtf...Manager says he will take care of me on it today so I wait for the call.
During the same time I order the other Prestige thru them shipped to me. They promise this one will have a fresh set up some extra strings for the issue yadda whatever. I know im gonna redo the setup anyway but its nice to play it outta the box for a bit.
So still waiting on the case etc for the other one the new one arrives today...with a nice inspection card stating it was all checked over...in fuckin july...and has been on the floor since...they didnt even wipe it down came complete with a broken string and no extras and of course not a gauge I use so I have no extras and couldnt get out to get any since it was late when I finally got into checking it out.
over 1700 on 2 guitars plus the head not to mention the bugera and other shit i bought from them. You think they could place a little attention to detail especially when the other one just had so many issues.
I didnt ask for any money back on the damaged one just the right case etc and of course im getting ignored. I just finally called to check in with them and this guy was supposedly gonna call me today...on his day off...great service.
