I just got back from the doctor and along with the prescription meds he suggested Braggs Apple Cider vinegar with mothers. He said that many of his gout patients swear by it. He did say once the flare subsides a couple of beers would probably be fine but only time will tell. If I have a few and it flares up I have to abstain if I dont get a flare proceed at my own risk.
