I know it doesn't fix it due to the time travel device being broken, but the league REALLY doesn't like having to rescind penalties so you know the officiating crew from that game will be under added scrutiny.

Sharks/Hawks game last night, Andrew DesJardins hit Jamal mayers as hes wating for a pass, shoulderto shoulder, gets 5+ a match penalty for a "hit to the head"- it wasnt even close. Hawks got lucky, shoulda been a 4m powerplay for the sharks cause keith instigated a fight afterward.

Just start getting out the tutus and spandex ice skating getups, cause its getting to be a joke.

Yup, that was a clean hit. At first it looked like maybe an interference penalty, but Meyers played the puck (with his skate) less than a second before the hit arrived. They have the ability to review these in replay, they should probably consult before determining head contact on the ice. The game is too fast and if the ref isn't looking directly at the play in question they are making their call based on a guy just being laid out.
