One thing for sure, Bylsma's system is too one dimensional, and after three or four years of playoff fail it's obvious that Bylsma's time is up. I've had enough of watching him get out coached the past few years. It showed in the Islander's series, and now with the Bruin's, just as clearly as it showed in the Flyer's series last year. Bylsma does not have this team under his reins, and it's time to show him the door. It's pathetic that as talented the Pens are, they can't even make it a respectable playoff game. If I were the coach I would have benched Malkin in the second period last night. Not that Crosby or Letang were any better, but Malkin's work ethic and on ice responsibility have been pathetic.
The Pens last night were the most scared playing playoff team I've ever seen. The Pens are done, this series is over.

Of course I can't confirm, but there was a story on ESPN that on a flight from Pittsburgh to Boston yesterday there was a baby crying aggressively. The pilot supposedly got on the intercom and asked if it was Sydney Crosby on the plane...Hear the universe scream

Whom horns careless
And whom God mourns

watching the western teams play is like night and day from watching the rangers. it's fun to watch these guys actually finish checks,
skate the puck in instead of dumping it and chasing all the time. it's like a different game.
anyway, kings are back in the series and all it takes is 1 win and the much hated penguins will be too.
razely, don't throw in the towel on your team yet. they are actually quite capable. you were down 2-0 to the caps
if you can remember a few years ago. a loss tonight though and yes, you are done. Not helping the situation since 1965!

Nah Atomic Tommy, this looks like the Philly series of last year. They're too chicken shit scared of losing, and as the past few years has shown, the Pens system is too one dimensional. The only line that's willing to chip and chase is the fourth line. Bylsma has looked like a chump of a coach especially the past two years, and I truly hope he loses his job. He is absolutely no fuggin' good at making the right adjustments when the chips are down. If Tyler Kennedy doesn't play tonight, you'll know Bylsma truly has his head up his ass. Dustin Jeffery isn't the answer, but they'll keep shaking the line change martini to make it look like they're "trying" something.
