  • A video of me at work

Some duders came and shot this video of me in Sydney. I go through some gear with a coked out infant on my shirt.

I guess this technically should go under "Artists and their Gear" or maybe "Dudes and Other Dude's Gear They Look After". Who knows?

Let's just say I've been to 20 countries in the last five weeks. I spent one night in my bed between mid-April and the end of November. This job would drive me crazy if I wasn't already there.

It's a cool gig, but I imagine there isn't much personal time with Slash's schedule. Sometimes it's good to have some downtime to just bum around your own house watching movies, hang out with friends, etc. Hard to do when you are zipping all over the place. I imagine you get a pretty interesting view of the world when you see all it's corners though.

I loved the video too. Very cool. It's interesting to see a pretty basic set of gear that pretty much anyone can afford. The Les Pauls are great - I have 6 and love them all. I'm pretty sure, but does Slash use the same pickups in all the Les Pauls? I have only two LP's with the same pickups, and even those two sound world apart (1 historic solid with BB1&2 and another chambered historic with BB1&2). I personally like each guitar to sound a little different for variety.

Cool! I saw that video around the time it was published on YouTube. Looks like you have your hands full with all his stuff! I guess there's not much time for Dudefuckinhellyeah anymore?
