Thanks Ron. 10 seconds to download a full album.

I already had most of these tracks, but there's some good stuff in there for people wanting to check him out.

he is one of those players who I never hear play a melodic solo or line, or anything original or interesting - I totally don't get what people hear in this guy.
the guitar players look damaged - they've been outcasts all their lives

His playing is sterile. Its like he was a tax accountant turned jazz player turned blues player. There is almost no emotion in whatever he plays. I think white people are so desperate to find another SRV, they overlook things. There will never be another SRV. The closest I have found was Corey Stevens.....of course, he thinks he is the love child of SRV and Eric CLapton. -Lou

Never heard of the guy, but I downloaded it and will check it out....although, emotionless blues isn't high on my list of needs....I'll give it the once over.
-Now....shut up n play yer guitar

this goes to show just how hard blues are to play. how hard it is to distinguish yourself from the rest of the pack.
not many can do it, blues is the most essential form of music for rock and roll guitar.
Not helping the situation since 1965!

I like him. I don't think he's all that special, but I like him. He was considered a progidy at age 12 and caught notice of B.B. King and a bunch of other famous guitar players.

Check out this vid, haters. I'd trade my playing ability for his "sterile" playing any day:
