Bro the blinders are on you. Malkin won the MVP the year we won the cup not Crosby. He fucking disappeared against Detroit in the finals that year and Malkin took the whole series over. The Pens are a good team on the verge of being great but they aren't there yet and if you think they are just look at their fucking fantastic collapse in the ECF against Boston last year. The proof is in the pudding and until Crosby steps up and wins an MVP like Malkin he won't be what you and every other "Yinzer" thinks. Also if he's so fucking great did you see that blind back handed pass against Vancouver the other day ago? He put the puck right on a Canucks players tape and it ended up right in the back of our fucking net. In his defense he did score the game tying goal and the game winner.

It's not hate. It's the truth. He did do all of the shit I said he did in the past like the post said. So don't act like what I said wasn't true because he was guilty of it before. Like I said he's matured quite a bit and he is one of the best players in the world but I am not such a huge fan boy that I can sit here and lie to myself about his past (Like certain people do) I unlike most Pittsburgh fans can watch sports objectively. Your the one flying the "dumb ass flag" bro. I can forgive Crosby for all of the crap he used to do (and he did it a lot back in the day) but you have to understand where the other guys are coming from on here too if you're truly going to be an objective fan. The fact that Crosby is great makes me not care that he did all that stuff before but the fans of other teams have every right to say he was a cry baby or diver or whiner because in the past he was. It's plain and simple. Crosby is a great hockey player no doubt about it maybe the best in the world right now but don't fool yourself. If he thought a dive would give the Penguins a chance to score he would do it again even now. Most players would. He's far from the only player whose been guilty of this in the past but as everyone anoints him "The next one" or "Best in the world" he needs to realize he should hold himself to a higher standard. He should also realize this more than anything...The whole world watches you all the time when you're "The best in the world" so he's got to watch what he does.

what's wrong with the pirates? that's one team from Pittsburgh that's very much unhatable, they sucked for so long , it's nice to see them back. I've been telling rupe they were gonna be good for a while now, it took about 3 years for it to happen from when I thought it would though.

All I can say is that early in Sid's career when that dumbass goon Derian Hatcher played for the Flyers he really knew how to inspire Sid the Kid to play against the Cryers. Hell lefty, all of them dive from time to time. Sid is hands down the best hockey player in the world when he's healthy. Yeah, he's a fiesty shit talking punk, but at least he produces points commensurate to what he's paid. That's more than Atomic Tommy can say for Richards and Nash (sorry Tommy, had to drag you into this). I was a huge Jagr fan back in the day, and Sid is the only Pens player since Jagr who can keep me on the edge of my seat when he has the puck. Call him what you want, he is and has been the best player in the game for a few years now.

Sid also gets bonus points from me for the time he spends giving autographs, and tapping kids hands as he heads to the locker room after the games. You watch how many other players out there go out of their way to not tap THEIR fans hands when they go to the showers.

Sid's no different than Kyle Bush (the Nascar driver), that boy get's booed like a mother fucker when he gets announced, and I really can't stand him or his brother Kurt. You know what though, Kyle Bush is hands down the most talented driver in Nascar. Now, he's not the most consistent (that would be Jimmie Johnson), but Kyle can drive the hell out of anything they give him and contend week in and week out. Now, my kid is a huge Nascar fan, I could care less who the fuck wins on Sunday as I'm not a fan. I get to watch a lot of Nascar with the little man, and that is my unopinionated take on Shrub.

I just said the same thing a few posts back about the Rangers. But Sid won't really be the best player in the world until he takes over a few playoff series like Malkin did when we won the cup. Granted he does still score points and on most nights he is the best player on the ice. I love him but I still see his faults like any objective fan of hockey does.

I just thoroughly hate that motherfucker, and he is a douche. but I will give him credit for coming back after that broken jaw last year, that was ballsy, but he ruined it with the bullshit with the bruins and chara in the playoffs last year. he always comes out looking like a total dickhead everytime without fail.
