I just made a proposition bet for tonight. if the hawks outscore the broncos and the chargers together on Sunday, my payoff is immense. it's going to be like fishing with depth charges against the rangers tonight for the hawks.

I love the flyers in comparison, haa haa! flyers-pens two years ago was awesome, 14 goals a period, it was great.

That series also gave us one game where the Pens beat the flyers by double-digits, which is rare as hell. As a flyers fan that game hurt. It was a good series but since they hated each other so much both teams were spent by the time it was over, making for easy eliminations in the next round. Plus the fights. Can you think of any other playoffs series in recent history with so much fights and penalties? Me neither.

True he hasn't done it in a while and has matured quite a bit. When he came into the league he was a giant fucking whiner who barked at the refs like a bitch in heat and was guilty on more than a few occasions of diving. One instance comes to mind in particular. We were playing New Jersey and Elias BARELY touched him and he went flying like he was shot by a Barrett light 50. The refs called a penalty on Elias and we went on the power play. The hilarious part was that Jersey scored a short handed goal about 25 seconds after the penalty was called and the Penguins lost anyway. Like I've said before I am a HUGE Penguins fan but I have to call em like I see em.

I am 40 and I know the Flyers are probably the most hated team in the league, but the Flyers and Pens really really hate each other, and are like "I'll fuck your wife and send you pics right before a game" levels of hate, and it produces some of the best playoff hockey because of it.

+1 The Pens Flyers always is and has been a great rivalry.

My hawks just keep Rollin along. I thought we were in huge trouble when Crawford got hurt, but raanta came in and went 11-1-3 i think. Looks like a promising backup.

Bro the blinders are on you. Malkin won the MVP the year we won the cup not Crosby. He fucking disappeared against Detroit in the finals that year and Malkin took the whole series over. The Pens are a good team on the verge of being great but they aren't there yet and if you think they are just look at their fucking fantastic collapse in the ECF against Boston last year. The proof is in the pudding and until Crosby steps up and wins an MVP like Malkin he won't be what you and every other "Yinzer" thinks. Also if he's so fucking great did you see that blind back handed pass against Vancouver the other day ago? He put the puck right on a Canucks players tape and it ended up right in the back of our fucking net. In his defense he did score the game tying goal and the game winner.

what's wrong with the pirates? that's one team from Pittsburgh that's very much unhatable, they sucked for so long , it's nice to see them back. I've been telling rupe they were gonna be good for a while now, it took about 3 years for it to happen from when I thought it would though.

now, back to business, Cliff, i'm in a Mexican jail right now, I watched the rangers win and I went on a bender and got arrested. totally worth it for the win. whenever I really bark them, they win, so im going to escalate the criticism even more now. hopefully this Olympic break might help them, I don't see how but you never know. by the way , I am not in favor of NHL players in the Olympics, it's just how I feel, its stupid.
