I was glad it was Bobrosky and not Fleury. If Fleury had given up the bouncer late in the 3rd it would have been all over but the crying. Fleury's poke check stop on the two on none breakaway in the third was beast though. That was a game changing save IMHO. Like Bennet's hit in the first too, was kind of surprised when I saw it was his number.

That was a good game last night, and could have went either way.

Was at game #1 of Avs/Wild last night.

Phenomenal ending, defense was very sketchy except for the Eric Johnson empty net save.

Blues vs Blackhawks was an awesome game. The Rangers vs Flyers I had thought after two periods it was going to be a long night...rookie mistake and a double minor put the game away for the Rangers.

I hate the fact that there are a shit ton of games in round one ans NBC only has 3 channels and an alternate and that is not enough to cover all of the games. I guess the dickheads at NBC think playoff hockey doesn't play until there is a winner I hate having to hunt where they move shit to during OT and that I'm blacked out on NHL center ice for out of market games.

They have all the characteristics of a well coached hard working team that has no fear no matter who their opponents are. A scary group of kids too!

MacKinnon is another local boy I can't help but root for. He's making a serious name for himself in his rookie year, and IIRC, he wasn't a shoe in to make the team during last year's training camp.

Landeskog is another star in the making, if he isn't already, for the Avalanche. He is aggressive as hell going both ways.

I just hope he doesn't hurt himself playing on the defensive side cause he loves to put the body on people.
