    hot pickups....

    the usual "hot" pickups ain't got SHIT on this fucker....hopefully it doesn't start a new trend. Much like the silly 6 string to 7 string to 8 string and then 9 string guitars some makers are putting out now.

    Nice! Keith Merrow is a guy who works at Seymour Duncan, and he's an awesome guitar player who's got an album with Jeff Loomis coming out in a few days, which I'm looking forward to. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j5gexKqACjs

    I like my 7-strings, but I don't think I'm quite ready to work my way up to an 8 yet. Though, my fiance saw some 8-string Schecter or LTD in GC one day that was inexpensive, and she's thinking of buying it for me. How can I say no to a new guitar? :idea:
