ijime Dame Zettai is actually an anti-bullying song. In Japanese it means "Bullying bad never". Nothing about rap in that one.
There actually is a slight connection to Marty Friedman. One of the guitar players in the live "ghost band" is a famous Japanese guitar player that plays in one of Marty's bands.
This one is just pure fun. Quiet Riot brought you Bang Your Head in 1983, Babymetal brings you Headbangerrrrrrr in 2013. Just try to not quit chanting "Hedobang Hedobang" after watching this one.
And with the real live band with Marty's guitar player. They always do things just a little different than us in the West. Fox sign instead of Devil Horns and they headbang sideways instead of forward and backward. LOL !

In the video, the old Metalhead is being beat down by a buncha guys in hoodies, and one of them has a dollar-sign sparkly chain on his neck. Hence, rap.
I want to depart this world the same way I arrived; screaming and covered in someone else's blood

I never understood what that 1 second in the video with the sparkly chain dollar sign thing was, kind of out of nowhere. You're probably right. It was trying to symbolize that kind of music pushing out heavy metal. All well and good as the metalhead comes out ahead in the end.

I've actually seen this being done in other places. Most notably, the Evolution of Metal and the Download Festivals shown on VH-1 Classic. I see more people doing "head swinging" than "head banging".
It's better for your neck, of course, but still...

Speaking of Anime, Headbanger sounds more and more familiar the more I hear it. I think it was used in a show I've been watching recently. Arpeggio of Blue Steel maybe?
