Oh hell, I may have to spam some gun porn again. Trying to resist...

Ok, I can't. I'll start with some of the new and follow with the old.

It's more comfortable than my Ar10-b, no problems out of it. Solid craftsmanship, do you have a local rental range? Try one out if you can, but I'd get another if the opportunity came up(and I had expendable income)...

Razor, kick ass!! Same with you Lepard!

I heard there were problems with ammo feeding on the early PTR's but supposedly they fixed the chamber fluting issue.
I don't think the one I looked at was the GI model it had the welded pic rail and a round fore arm stock.Looked/felt bad ass either way.

This thread is cool! Probably the 2nd coolest one I started....... with the one about my sexual mis-adventures being #1. I think that got deleted though. Wish I could retrieve it. Was thinking about writing a book and that would save me a lot of time. -Lou

I've had zero feed issues. The milling/machining is top notch, I wouldn't hesitate about getting another. If I were you and had the disposable income, I'd jump on it(if you don't like it the resale market is VERY strong)...

Just got back from Whittington Center. Couldn't resist buying the new Remington R1 Carry in .45 ACP. Absolutely LOVE IT!

Got this one a while back a Rock Island Armory 1911 wide body in 22 TCM.
17 in the mag and 1 in the chamber.
Flat shooting pistol and very accurate the 22 TCM has a muzzle velocity of over 2400 feet per second.
Its a very fun gun to shoot quite a loud bang and a big fireball comes out the front.
Had a buddy ask is that a new 45 I said no a 22 and he scoffed then I put a few down the tube and he said no way that is a 22.
                    I said 22 TCM LOL.

That 22 TCM is an interesting round. Do the bullets have steel penetrators or any other clever means of defeating body armor. Or does it just rely on ridiculous velocity?

Soft points but will penetrate kevlar.
I set up a watermelon at 25 yards and there was not much left of the watermelon just a big pile of mush.
Pretty devastating round and leaves a huge wound cavity.
Penetrates ballistics gel about 14 inches and fragments along the way.
