Metallica headline Glastonbury on the Saturday night.
WTF??? Who thought that would be a good idea? I'm sure all those Coldplay fans who snapped up every last ticket before the line-up was announced, as usual, will be completely underwhelmed by the likes of Creeping Death and So What. They must be being paid a STUPID amount to do this gig, especially as they are playing down the road seven days later, headlining Sonisphere.

I wish their manager and agent worked for me.

Radio 5 Live did a phone in about it yesterday and it was just folk moaning. I'm not the biggest fan of their recent (i.e. last 20 years) work but fuck they've gotta be better than someone like the 80 year old Rolling Stones or The Who.
